Only very few rules need to be followed and these are:
*If you have a pet let us know. If your pet is quiet and does not cause any damages it won't be a problem.
*Respect the hours during siesta which are from 15.00 to 17.30 at noon and also the hours from 23.00 to 8.00 in the morning.
*Respect the neighbours and the apartment.
*Parties or other events are forbidden without prior agreement
*Do not throw papers or anything else in the toilet to avoid blocking the toilet.
*Do not use chlorine & acids on the microcement
*Don't park the car on Sunday evening and Monday morning at Karaiskaki street or some streets nearby that have a sign that says there is a street market every Monday there.
